If a fall occurs, our team attends promptly and:

  • Safely assists the individual using specialist equipment
  • Provides reassurance and basic first aid where required
  • Remains with the client until they are safe or further help arrives

We use the Mangar ELK lifting cushion, designed to:

  • Lift safely and comfortably from the floor
  • Reduce risk of injury during lifting
  • Avoid the need for emergency services in many cases

This allows us to respond effectively while keeping the client calm and supported.
